HC Blogs and Forums are governed by Hobart College Codes of Behaviour - see College Diary.

In addition the following also apply:

•  No offensive content - (includes avatars) see HC Computer Acceptable Use Policy
•  Protect the privacy of other users - do not reveal the identity or personal details of other users
•  Respect other users - discuss ideas not personalities - personal attacks will be treated as harassment
•  No spamming  - frequent posts that do not contribute to blogs or forums and no trolling - provocative posts intended to cause maximum disruption
•  Signatures - max 125 high, 750 wide
•  Forum Moderators - will offer assistance to new users and ensure the forum is safe, sane and secure.
•  Complaints - may be directed to Forum Moderators, Student Services or Roger Stack (IT Manager).
